1. Who we are
"We", "us", and "UltraCheapWebsites" refer to UltraCheapWebsites.com, an independently-operated sole proprietorship based in Michigan, USA. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to respond to your inquiry, build your website, and process payment. Specifically:
- Quote-request form data: name, email address, business name (optional), site type, project description, example URLs, and budget — only what you choose to enter.
- Payment data: if you pay, your name, billing address, and card details are collected by Stripe (not by us). We never see or store your full card number; we only see the last four digits, card brand, and the amount charged.
- Domain registration data: if we register a domain on your behalf as part of the launch promo, we will pass your name, email, and address to the domain registrar (e.g. Cloudflare Registrar) as required by ICANN.
- Server logs: when you visit this site, our host (Cloudflare) automatically records standard technical information like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We do not personally review these logs.
- Cookies: this site does not set any analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect against abuse.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information only for the purposes you'd reasonably expect:
- To reply to your quote request and discuss your project.
- To build, deploy, and deliver your website.
- To accept payment and issue receipts.
- To register a domain on your behalf (if applicable).
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or training AI models. We do not sell your data. Ever.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data necessary with the following service providers, all of which have their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare — hosting and DNS. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

- Stripe — processes card payments and stores payment data. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Domain registrar (if applicable) — receives your contact details for WHOIS registration, as required by ICANN.
We will never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests in our email inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Payment records are retained by Stripe and by us for at least 7 years as required for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete any other personal data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to tax-record obligations).
- Opt out of any future communications.
- (For EU/UK residents) lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
- (For California residents) the rights described in the CCPA — including the right to know what we've collected and the right to deletion.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ultracheapwebsites.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you and we won't discriminate against you for asking.
7. Security
We use HTTPS site-wide and modern security headers. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). However, no method of online transmission is 100% secure — if you suspect any compromise involving your data with us, email us immediately.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we've inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for at least 14 days. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
